Is this diet alright?
Yo- I weigh 150pounds and here is my diet:
Each day I will consume 2700 Calories, 270g of Protien, 270g of Carbohydates, 60g of Fat over 6 meals
7Am - With 5g of Glumatime
930am
12pm
230pm
5pm
7pm - with 5g of Glumatime and Creatine
8-9pm - Weight Training [Mon/Wed/Fri]
9pm - If I worked out, Ill have a post workout meal which consist of about
15-25% of my daily intake plus 5g of Glumatime and Creatine.
Any suggestions, or is this olay?
