Default Lemonade Diet

The lemonade diet is many for detox purposes but helps many people shed off pounds due to the low intake of calories.. *All you drink is the Lemonade drink*.

Of course, this is unable to really help with building muscle, but would it be any help in losing weight as well as staying healthy? Possibly keep lifting weights to keep the muscle there so you do not lose that during the time you are on this diet.

Starvation diets are B-A-D BAD. Because of such a huge calorie deficit they are counter productive. There are tons of posts on here about them, try searching for "starvation diets" or something like that. That will give you all the info you need,.

Your body needs nutrients:fats, carbs, and proteins. If your body doesnt get these then it isnt going to function properly.
LOL, it's

Losing "weight" is not the same as losing fat,

cutting calories heavily = losing muscle/water, which lowers the metabolic rate, pushes the body into a fat preserving condition, which when people eat normally again quickly returns all the weight and fat lost even at the need for energy. The net result is fatter and heavier than starting weight
