Hi welcome to the forum..

If your not seeing results then I would suspect the diet...

If you post up what your current routine is, and also exactly what you are eating per day, and also what your weight and height is ??

You can train abs till the cows come home - but if you don't lose the extra fat from your body (I said body - not abs) your love handles will only stay lovelier.

Doug tells no lies - diet is the word.

Hi, there is a distinct lack of calories, and especialy carbohydrates, which are energy foods and remember that carbs are protein sparing....For some advice have a look at This Calulator to work out your calorie levels required per day, from that amount subtract 300-500 calories to create a slight caloirie deficiency. Then to construct a nutritional intake have a look at This Article

If you dont eat enough in the day the body will slow your metabolic rate, and can store fat as an emergency store for energy and use muscle for fuel...

From what I've learned...carbs are used by the body for energy instead of protein which can be reserved for the muscles to use as their energy source, which you want to strive for because...well...protein in the muscles equals super big muscles!!!!

Basically it means if your body does not get sufficient carbohydrates, it starts breaking down the protein in your body to get the energy it needs.

Love handles is an area of fat underneath your belly over the abdominal oblique muscle. It is the part of your body that easily gets fat but it is hard to lose it. If you want to lose some fat from love handles you must try different stomach exercises starting with basic crunches.

don't listen to this guy, he's talking the most ****.
if you want to see your abs, you got to have a low enough bodyfat %. you do this through DIET (which is the most IMPORTANT factor whilst cutting) and your routine.
