Default Looking for a lean body like this...

Hey mates... I am looking for a body like this where u dont have much bulk but have good cuts and toned shape.... what should i do for it??? and what kinda workout should be followed???? light weight or heavy weight???

Actually my body is mesomorph... but I have gained weight during my study period... I am back on my workout and doing fine......

Just needed your guidance regarding the same....

A combination of a good diet/weights/cardio and you'll end up with low body fat

use as heavy as a weight that you can cleanly perform your reps with (keep them in the 8-12 range)

exactly what I was gonna say, make sure you control the weight.

ways to look like paul walker;
1) star in a bunch of really cheesy movies with crappy cars in them.
2)after you make the millions off of it hire a presonal chef.
3) hire a personal trainer to piss you off to no end when working out.


or you could just eat right and put in some hard work in the gym for a while. keep asking questions and lifting weights. good luck and post current pics in your bathroom of you and him. this way you can see your past and what you are trying to get to. helped me alot.
