It will start to get better over time. Eat big and rest big during this time to maximize your gains.

Well... no... you need to exercise the other muscle groups that aren't sore. What kind of exercise routine are you using? Are you doing full body routine or split exercise? I prefer split because of this very reason (I can work out the other muscles while the sore ones are resting).

I agree with the above post. Hit the Gym. One very important thing that is going to help is a basic warm-up and light stretch.

Warm-Up and stretch every WO and even on Off days if you have too. Do Not by any means force a stretching movement!!! Go nice slow and easy.

This soreness will pass after a few weeks.

This one?

Then you shouldn't have any problem working out the other muscle groups. Also, don't start with something that's too heavy at first. Increase the weight gradually instead. With this your body shouldn't be too sore and you'll reduce the possibility of injury. Light weight also allows you to practice the correct form of each exercise.

It can take a while to get used to the feeling of "My legs/back are sore but I am working chest" so its okay. I remember not being used to that sore feeling and how it made it seem as if my whole body hurt. Push past it carefully (as others have mentioned) and you will be okay.
