Question whats the collage?

people at the gym told me about some collage work out thing what is it about? its 25 reps each time. do u guys know any thing about this?

Well personally I think the concept of 25 repetitions is unnecessary unless your goals are for endurance purposes.

The general rule of thumb are as follows:
1-6 reps for strength
8-12 reps for muscle building
15+ reps for endurance

Ask yourself what your goals are so you can pick a repetition range appropriate for you.

i want to build muscle mostly.... people tell me the 25 rep works a cop that goes to the gym went up in weight over 100 pounds in 5 months well that's what he told me.... do you think i should do the 25 reps?

Simply doing repetitions of 25 is not going to make or break you success. There is much more to it as the working out will account for ~20% of your success and diet will count for the other 80%.

I suggest you read some of the stickies and articles.
