Default need bulking advice (for a teenager)

Well what I'm trying to ask is that I can't follow a diet because my mom is the one that buys the food and cooks it and I really don't think she would be too happy about cooking me seperate meals from the rest of the family lol. She buys healthy foods and they taste good but how should I bulk like that?
I mean should I just eat a lot without knowing how much I'm eating? The other problem is that I have some intolerances (lactose products, wheat, pig) so the foods I eat aren't usually on these sites that tell you how many calories your meals have and all of that.

What are all of your suggestions? How should I go around to tracking my food if I don't know the proportions of what I'm eating and most of what I'm eating isn't on the sites? (also most meals are complicated so they have lots of ingredients and asking my parents how much of each ingredient they put in is pretty unrealistic because they don't even know)

Any recommendation is good and I won't take any as offensive, thanks in advance to anyone wanting to give me a hand here

Ps: Im 18

For me personally, it's all about the surplus. As long as I am in a calorie surplus, and MOST of the foods come from healthy natural sources, I don't really care. And btw I'm 16 . As teens we don't really have a choice, but you could always suggest to your mum to buy some foods in which you wish to eat, that's what I do anyway.

If you google the name of your food and "nutrition information" there will be several sites with the details that you need. I am yet to find a food that I regularly eat for which I can't google nutrition info'.

Other than that, concentrate on getting your protein sorted (1-1.5 grams per lb' of bodyweight) and as Danny said: healthy foods and calorie surplus FTW.

yeah I try to go for the calorie surplus but I can't guess that well how many calories I'm eating. I mean I'm eating a lot and I would assume that I'm in a calorie surplus but don't know how much of one lol is it just trial and error?

Yeah that's what I usually do LtL but some of the foods don't show up because they are pretty special lol. Cool signature got me motivated to go to the gym I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough protein with all the meat, milks (soy and almond), peanut butter (not made from peanuts but from all sorts of nuts), etc.. I would hope I'm getting enough protein haha.

Watch out with the old soy: it's rumoured to be not so hot for the old test' levels

I'd stick to rice or almond milk.

This isn't really true. I've used soy for years with no issues with test or estrogen.

which has more protein soy milk, almond milk, goat milk or cow milk (or any other milk you can think of those are the ones I know of)?

well never mind I just looked the nutritional information for each one and soy milk was the one that had the most protein. Anyone know if this is correct?

Buy some food yourself - Mince is cheap

Make up your own meals in bulk and divide accorddingly, 6 pound gets you 1kg lean mince an brown pasta - 5meals at around 40g P each.

Look around on supermarkets for best prices - or a local butcher
