Default Keeping a thin stomach while doing a slow bulk..by wearing a gym strap.

17 5'9 height.. weigh about 155. trying to do a long term bulk to 165 with little fat gain.
During the day would wear a gym strap on my stomach which compresses it and i get a lot of sweat out of it, also helps my back because I have trouble with a weak lower back.

I eat 5-6 meals a day with a (xtreme nitro juice 3000- 125g 35 g proten, 655 calories in it has creatine and glutamine in it) shake after work out and when i wake up. also for this month i have work very early at 3 am that consist of lifting heavy objects for 5-6 hours. i eat every 2-3 hours.

So my callender would look like this.

monday-

(work)3am- vitamin pill, coffee, xtreme nitro juice 3000 shake, sandwich

3am-5am- dont know yet.

(finished my work)8 am breakfast.

then i eat 5 meals more with shake after lifting.

Tuesday-

rest- 5-6 meals no protein shake
but with vitamin pill.

Wednesday-
maybe same as monday. i take protein after work out and eat 5-6 meals

Thursday- rest

rest- 5-6 meals no protein shake
but with vitamin pill.

Friday- Same as monday.i take protein after work out and eat 5-6 meals. b-ball training for 4-5 hours of running. or maybe work same as monday.

Saturday- soccer cardio 3 hours... 5-6 meals

sunday- rest, soccer cardio 3-4 hours.. 5-6 meals

so during the day i would wear my belt but take it off when i eat a big meal. i take it off on sat and sun day too.

Do u think my stomach will stay thin , ronnie coleman wore hes belt through out the day and keeps his stomach tight. Im only doing this for a month..

You should be more concerned about strengthening the lower back than using a belt. Fluid loss is only temporary until you take fluids again. If fluid intake is low then you could suffer from dehydration, which wont help your goals

If the job is weakening your back, I think you should consider finding a new job... You write you are young and have problems with your back, lifting heavy objects for 5-6 hours each day might not be good for you. If you keep doing this job you risk getting a back injury, which can follow you the rest of your life.

Regarding the stomach fat, the best tip would be to cut down on snacks and the soda drinks. Drink more water

I found creatine made me fat (well water weight), but made me bloated lol

You have to strengthen your back musculature and abdominals if your work involves a lot of bending/carrying.

Gaining fat easily on the stomach is a result of a poor diet

Those are upper back exercises, for lower back I like deadlifts.

For abs try Cable Crunches and hanging leg raises. Planks are also good for overall core strength.

I hurt my lower back a long time ago, and i couldnt get rid of the pain (i put ego before form when doing a heavy deadlift and really hurt my lower back, but i learnt a valuable lesson ), i had to change my leg day to stop my back getting sore, it didnt work, my back never got better, even after 6 months of resting it.

So i tried to strengthen it by doing exercises that made it hurt a bit. And the exercises that i found that really made it better was good deep squats, stiff leg deadlift some good abb exercises such as what Metal312 mentioned (rep+ for Metal312), especially planks. Its been 6 weeks and my back is better than ever, almost no pain!!!
