do you guys think i can take diet pills while consuming atleast 190 grams of protein and actually having an effect on me im trying 2 loose weight and retaining my muscle i also plan 2 atleast do 3 days of Cardio what do u guys think ?

I think you shouldn't waste your money on diet pills. Stop stuffing yourself full of food with a lot of sugar. Cutt down on the beer and soda, there are tons of carbohydrates in these drinks.
It sounds like you might have an endomorph body type, here is a little bit more about the endomorph body type. Do your regular weight lifting and end the work out with a good cardio session. And remember not to eat energy bars and stuff like that under the weight lifting and cardio sessions. If you do, you body won't burn any fat since it will have plenty of energy and carbohydrates to burn first. Just doing cardio are good ways to burn fat aswell, but make sure they are long enough. ![]() |
