Question Tendonitis and Chest workout

I recently had tendonitis at the beginning of my left tricep muscle almost right on top of the elbow. I had physical therapy for 2 months and it went away in August. I started to feel it before when I was doing Barbell Bench Presses so when I started working out again after I got rid of it in August, I stayed away from Bench Pressing and I have been fine. Now these last three weeks that went by, I tried to Bench again and I am starting to feel a little coming back. I know their are a lot of other chest exercises that do not consist of Bench Pressing with a Barbell, and this might be a stupid question, but is it possible to continue to get a bigger chest without Benching?

Yup and actually you can achieve a thick cut chest never lifting a barbell again. I use dumbells, pretty sure anyone will attest to better gains with them over the latter. Once your out of high school no one cares what you "bench", they just want to know what your doing to look the way you do. Enjoy the gains!

Alright thanks maybe in the future I'll take a shot at bench press again, but I'm going to give it some time so this maybe goes away.

Yes, with dumbells you can not only be sure you are working each side equally but you have the freedom to adjust position for your unique physical geometry.

I like the working each pec equally, but if I understood what you meant by having the freedom to adjust position, with the barbell you can also do incline and decline not only flat bench if thats what you meant.
