So ive been bulking and heavy lifting since october.. i think start of march im going to start my cut.. i wanna really cut a huge amount of my fat around my mid section and back which im hanging onto and i hate it.. how long is it safe to cut for? i was thinkin a couple months at least or untill i was happy. Can i continue to cut untill i hit a desired lvl or?

Simply, Yes you can cut for aslong as you wish.
Continue cutting untill you reach a target BF%. Although continous cutting will result in some muscle loss eventually I believe. |
