I like to do a little cardio 4 days a week. I run for maybe 15-20 mins just to stay cut and I'm just wondering if its better to run after you workout or before. I always felt it was better to run after that way I have more strength in the gym, but I am just curious.

A " Jog " would be better than a " Run " post workout. With pre workout, avoid going " Running " aswell. If you were to go running before a workout, you would find yourself with limited strength and stamina for the actual workout. A 5-10minute low intensity form of cardio as a means of warming up would be far better to perform before a workout.
