I just got a pro elliptical from my goalie coach... full on pro great machine.. I'm eager to work it in to my weight lifting as my stamina in hockey games is low.
Do I do it before or after the weights? I'm thinking before to get the heart rate up, but I thought I would ask anyways. Thanks! |

After. Some guys warm up with 5 minutes of cardio to get the body temp up.
You want to keep the muscles fresh for heavy loads. |

So you're saying if I want to do a 30 minute cardio.. I should do it after the weights then?

Yup, after the weights. Warming up is a good idea though, 5 minutes should do.
