Hello M&S Members,
I have a question, that I've been wondering lately. When I workout on my arms. Say, barbell curls, or dumbell curls, I find myself getting more tired easily with my right arm, then with my left arm. I feel sometimes as if my right bicep is about to rip, but my left bicep is just chilling. Is this because my left side is not workedout properly, or what is up? if anybody has any idea or advice on how to correct this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. Brian S. |

I have one arm stronger than the other, and one bigger than the other. All you can really do is keep working hard. Try to progress as much as possible from workout to workout, and hopefully the "fatigue" gap between arms will shrink.
