Default New to site, New to working out seriously Need advice, tips help.

Well I just started working out 3 weeks ago seriously(but have been working 2-3 times a week for the last month). At first my goal was to get bigger with minimum fat gain (I currenlty workout 4 times a week and don't do more than 5 reps in a set as I was trying to get bigger) but after looking around the site and reading a lot of different articles I came realize that it is not a very good goal because its not specific and not really measeable. So after thinking about what I really wanted to accomplish in the gym I have come up with I want to lose my belly fat/try to get cut. So that being said I need to help with coming up with a good workout plan and would like advice and helpful tips to help me accomplish this. Right now I weigh 232 and am 6'3" and 20 yrs old. Overall I am would say that I am not fat other than my belly lol. I did my daily calorie intake should be 3,600 just to stay the same weight I am now. Haven't done my body fat percentage though because I don't have a cailber thing. I have workout experience as I used to workout alot but then took 10 months off just saying that beause I don't know it I should try a beginner or intermediate workout plan

So my goals now are to lose my belly fat, lose 10-15 pounds, get muscle definition in my arms and legs. Abs would be nice but I have never had a 6 pack before lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi welcome to the forum

You can have your body fat checked by entering your measurements into This thread

As you have been training for a month then a routine such as This one might suit you for a month.

Remember that from the total the BMR/Activity calculator gave you that you have to deduct 500 calories from that total, that then is your daily calorie expenditure per day. For help in constructing your meal plan have a read of This article
