Default Anyone start at my weight?

Well im curently at around 145lb at 5ft 11 which in BMI terms puts me in the normal wieght catagory. Although im suposidly "normal" weight, im still verry skiny.

So i was wondering who else has started at around my weight/build and how do they look now? Im looking to see how big looks best and look for a target for some motivation. Pictures would be great.

Cheers

I am just curious how old you are ?

My weight at age 15 was 140lb height 5 foot 8 inches
By age 17 I Finished getting taller at 6 foot 1 inches but my body weight was at around 165lb

age 18 I started working out and I was the typical "hardgainer" nearly 2 years of 3-4 days on per week weight training and I maxed out at 180 lb

I took a small break from age 20-22 for a strick diet of partying .... nearly lost everything I worked so hard for... became a couch potato... back down to 170lb

from around age 23 to 24 I spent doing small steps to get myself back into shape but nothing serious. held around 170-175lb

then after a bad breakup , I quit a few of the bad habbits I had formed from my party years and started working out and eating right , 9 months later I am at 208lb's... in hindsight I regret my party years... but they are behind me now and my future is bright & I have a wonderful woman to share it with.

that is a small version of my 18- current life story

enjoy

I advise you to stick with it , you are capable of extraordinary things , people always say "genetics" I say Fhooie , genetics are what you make of them!

I am sure we are all interested to hear updates on your progress as you continue to train!

lol find it pretty ironic that you say you don't want to be BIG! but then on your description you say you want to be HUGE!

Hahah anyways I'm in the same position as you pretty much, I'm 5 10' I weigh around 155 pounds. And I also have the same goal as you since I have a really slim skinny face and if I got big I would just look retarded. Also all my family is pretty fat so that's an added motivation for me to prove to all of them that you can't blame gentics for being in bad shape even if it is harder, you just need to want it more.

Hi

I was 18 when I started and weighed about 10.5 stone, at my peak (in terms of weight) I was 14 stone which took about two years to develop due to my crazy metabolism.

See the piccy to see how that transition looks http://www.news.swadlincoteparanorma...omparison2.jpg

I know, i started with the intention to get huge, but over time iv realised it wont suit me especialy with a skinny face similar to you.
