Default benching+wrist and supps

Hi

When I bench, my wrists start to hurt a little after. I've recently started benching more weight and maybe that is the problem? is my form bad? I did not have this problem like a couple weeks ago. Also I've seen guys use some wrist assists in the gym, do those help?

And for my post work out shake can i mix whey, dextrose, and creatine, and put it in a bag and then after the workout put all that in the bag in the bottle with water? Taking all those supps to the gym in their tubs sorta gets annoying.

Thanks

When I am getting with in 50 lbs of my max benching weight on barbell and most of the time with dumbells I use wrist wraps. My wrist don;t start to hurt till I get to the heavier weights and I don;t want to get hurt so I use them.

I use wrist wraps for heavier sets and for CGBP. I try to use them sparingly though so that my puny little girl wrists get stronger.
