I love the way rich summed this up for you... + rep !

I just want to affirm what he has said and to add my own 2 cents : Stick with it , as the road ahead may seem rough and you might want to skip a workout or stray from your diet realize that your goals should be as important now as they were when you started. Also something I have heard from alot of new lifters is that they stop seeing results around the 3 month mark , this is why programs like p90x promise results in 90 days because the your body can transform when you make drastic changes in the lifestyle you lead. But note those changes are nothing compared to what you will see and feel after 3 years of training !

Your body will adapt to what you are doing , so if you feel your results are slowing down or stopped ? Change things up & make sure to eat a diet that is geared towards your goals.

Feeling discouraged? Look at everyone you've physically surpassed so far with your gains. Always make me feel better. If you find yourself comparing with everyone bigger than yourself, then just remind yourself all it takes is the work, the nutrition, and the time.
