Default Changing rest days?

I've been using the 3-day beginners workout routine for a few weeks now and i haven't been able to do it on fridays because I'm usually busy. Can I change the routine to workout Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and rest on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday? Or do I have to have a work day in between each workout day?

Hey!

First of all I just want to say that I'm not an expert.
From what I know, I think that there it's ok if you want to change the workout on friday and move it to thursday because the other exercices you do don't really use the shoulder muscle exept the workout on Monday for the chest and triceps (that uses a bit of your shoulders) but by thursday, they will have the time to recover considering the fact that they are not the primary muscles trained.
So yes, I think you could change Friday to thursday.

Just do Saturday, Monday, Wednesday...

Or Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday....

Your two rest days in a row don't have to be on the weekends if you can find time to go to the gym
