^ If you don't mind looking fat, then you may bulk.
Otherwise, my view is that you need to get to at least 15% levels.

30% BF is too high, even for females.

Just seems like an awful amount of work to get minimal results like I've been getting recently...not the 40 lbs I've lost total but the only 5 or so lbs I've lost in the past 3 months or so...
It sounds like you are doing all the "right" things, so I get your frustration. Since you are worried about BF%, have you compared your BF% then versus now? If you only look at the scale, you may see only a 5 pound drop in the past few months, whereas if you look at BF%, lean body mass, etc, you may notice that you have continued to drop fat and, at the same time, gained muscle (which weighs more).

Well thats kinda where in my problem lies. I'm losing weight on the scale, but my BF% isn't going anywhere. Or VEEEERY slowly...like maybe a point every 2-3 months. I think my biggest drop came the first couple of months, but from what I understand that was probably "newbie gains/losses". I guess I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing for one more 3 month cycle and try to streamline my diet, and stil if nothing happens I'll try the gaining method. Thanks everyone though.

Doug mentioned something about RPE, and he always gives really good advice so I want to follow it, but from what i understand of it you just judge how your workout feels to you. WOuld it be easier just to stop taking the caffine and just go off heart rate? Or does caffine help fat loss, like they say it does? Cause that's the only reason I'm taking it. I read in conjunction with L-canatine-acytl it's sopposed to mobilize fat cells and help guide them to the mitochondria to be burned.
