If you're looking to add muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus.

But I'd caution adding 1250 calories to your diet via shake form.

How many calories do you require now?

How many are you getting through real food?

If you take the standard dose, 1250 could create too big of a surplus and you'll be storing a lot of those extra calories as fat.

If you've already purchased the weight gainer, start with 1/2 the dose or 625 calories first.

Using REAL FOOD will benefit you more in the long run.

For the most part I do consume real food. I planned on using these shakes in between the 3 meals my schedule allows me to have in order to meet my calorie needs.
