I am currently doing the introduction to bodybuilding for beginners workout three days a week and doing 30 min 5 days a week. I was wanting to know what routine would be the best for weight loss.

How long have you been performing the introduction workout for?
Stick with it for aprox 10-12 weeks, and then you could try out one of the cutting routines from THIS section. Also remember the diet plays an even more crucial role in the fatloss than the routine does.
