Ehh first one isn't really a good protein. Second one is over-rated and over-priced. Also, why GNC?

So with that in mind you should save a little money on the powder you get... if money is no object the feel free to spend money on the more expensive isolates and other types but realize there is no shortcuts and ultimately 80% of those products are for suckers looking for shortcuts. Add a multi vitamin from Gnc , not a cheap one cause synthetic vitamins are not good for your body and can over time cause hardening of the arteries , especially dangerous around the heart and brain! I hope you make the right decisions and continue to eat right , train hard , give yourself enough rest & take care of yourself ~!

Alright, thanks both of you. I'm currently on Rice Protein, but will switch to a cheap Whey Protein when it runs in a few weeks.
GNC because it's really close by (10 min. walk max). Ivan, I will look into those. We have a cheap one from Costco right now, so will definitely find some of that and some Fish Oil as well. And that last sentence is my life goal. ![]()

Both products are crap IMO. They work but have fillers and are not worth the prices. I would go with Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey. It is cheap and proven. Don't get all caught up in the supplement game at your age, you have alot of growing to do and your body is filled with testosterone. I wouldn't even touch anything besides whey and a good multi till you are 21.
