Sorry If this is somewhere else i couldnt really find it in my searches. Ok Im new just started working out the other day. im doing this http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...g-workout.html. i really like the routine. afterwardf im pretty sore, not in pain but just tender. am i doing too much or is this feeling natural. its not enough to prevent my workout for the next day. im doing mon wed fri. ive done 1 week of this and feel good just wanted to make sure it wasnt my form or that i was overdoing it. thanks to you all this forum is very helpful and i look forward to chatting with you guys and girls.

I would imagine that being new you are gonna feel sore with any routine, that routine is made for a beginner to get your body used to working out before moving on to a split routine or a more advanced routine.

If you are unsure of your form have someone watch you or you can check out the excerises section of this website and watch the vids to double check to see if you are doing them right.

If it's your form, you more than likely will not notice the pain for a while. But, it's always a good idea to have an experience lifter confirm for you that you're doing the lifts right. The soreness is just from weightlifting in general, and it means you're doing a good job. Keep it up!

Just a quick question...are you warming up and also cooling down with some static stretches? That may help the soreness.
