There is MMMUUUCCCHHH better than Body Fortress. Look on the sites store for plenty of supplements at a decent price

Whey protein isolate is the best because it's the purest form of protein... but is generally more expensive. Read this article for more info on Whey Protein.

Did you get it at Walmart? This is what I use. People had said it's pretty good it even has some of the other supplements in it like Creatine. I get chocolate and mix it with chocolate milk. Tastes good. I figure I'm getting a healthy serving of protein after my workout so I hope it's good enough. Interested in hearing more replys on this.

And to the OP Only thing I use from BF is their glutamine. There are much MUCH better choices of protine. I personally recommend LG Sciences Lipotropic Protein. So much protein compared to carbs and fat!

That's "ater" is "water" in case you get confused... Just a little misspelling. And I 150% agree with that statement. Use water, not milk for post workout shake.

I've used it... But stopped and went onto ON Gold Standard...
1) NSX is right, there's a small amount of creatine in it, but I dont know that it's as much as a dedicated creatine supplement would give you / serving. 2) If you look at the amino acid profile, you'll find that comparing only protein/serving is misleading. I moved to gold standard, and saw that not only did it taste and mix better, but it's got a MUCH higher profile (even though the grams of protein were listed as near the same) 3) Yes, as the others said, use water with your post-workout. Mixing with milk slows the digestion, which is detrimental at that time. |
