JAKE, I can understand what you are trying to say - some ppl are, it seems, born with a larger looking pecs.
What you should do to balance it out is to try to bring the lats, deltoids and traps up to the level of your pecs. That will give a balanced look, infact better than you trying to "shrink" your pecs. |

Thank's for replys guys i know i probably sound nuts as most people struggle to build their pectoral muscles but it seems to be the one muscle i have no trouble building and the other muscles lag behind, probably because the chest muscles start doing most of the work or something.
I guess to a certain extent its genetics and maybe thats just the shape of my chest. ssslayer, im glad you get what im trying to say, and I think maybe building the lats and shoulder muscles more is the way to go, widen the body to make the chest appear smaller. my deltoids could do with gaining some muscle aswell. Thanks again for the advice from everyone. |
