Default Horizontal Leg Raises

i have been working out a home and eating the right foods, i can do about 200 leg raises, but can't see my abs (which is fine for now) but i was wondering if it is time for weighted ab exercises or if my form may be wrong and i am using other muscles. any thoughts?

Dude, you posted this in more than one forum.

Your abs showing (or not) is a function of your body fat percentages. You need to figure out your body fat, then work on an eating and exercise plan that will allow you to lower it.

Bang some weights on your ankles for sure.

BUT FIRST

Control the reps, do it so it takes 5 seconds to come up, 5 seconds to go down, tense them ******* ABS CONTROL THEM! hold them, squeeze them. Bet you can't do 200 reps then.

200? How about trying to get to 25? LOL.

I hate core as much as legs.

thanks i was thinking something wasn't right, i will slow things down, i was doing them way to fast, probably using more momentum than abs.

Yes mate, its a basic mistake. I bet when it was aching you could relax a bit and do more.

Maybe finish off your routine when you simply cant do any more slow ones just pump some quick ones out to engulf your abs with blud.
