Hey
I've just read in another article on the forum that you should not to cardio before a workout if your aim is to build muscle (mass). Now.. when warming up before a workout I include stretches of all the major muscles I'll be using. Might be a silly question but, can anyone suggest a good way to warm up before stretching muscles. Is the simple answer, 5-10min jog/run, Followed by stretches, A few light weight reps, Then full weight lifting. Thanks guys. (love the forum/site, it's been extremely useful) |
