im currently doing this routine on the third week

A diet, and since your cutting/losing weight, is more important than a routine. Calculate your BMR and subtract 500 from it for your daily calorie intake and give a p/c/f ratio of 3/50/20 a try.

Buk is right, diet is key. Also keep in mind you can not target stomach fat per se, but just overall body fat.
