Default Any one Help...?

Hi all i just need some help at the min

Am 6.1 and weigh 16 stone. i been going to the gym for a while but never, nw how much protein are calories to be taken.... at the min i think i need to cut.. so any ideas on how much should i be eating and that.. thaks any info and help would be great

Use This calculator subtract 500 calories from the total and that then is approx your daily calorie requirement. Split the calories into a 30/50/20 split between protein/carbohydrates/fats. Have a read of This article for advice on constructing your meal plan.
