Hi all i just need some help at the min
Am 6.1 and weigh 16 stone. i been going to the gym for a while but never, nw how much protein are calories to be taken.... at the min i think i need to cut.. so any ideas on how much should i be eating and that.. thaks any info and help would be great ![]() |
