This is where I get chewed on. I do not own or wear a Weight Belt. I'm not in this training for Max 1RM or to impress anyone but myself.
I should probably get one but there is a lot of discomfort when wearing one. I feel that if the weight is manageable there is no need for one, even when Squatting. Should I get one anyway???
