Hello Everyone
So i'm new to this whole trying to get bigger thing and my main problem is i find it extremely difficult to put on weight. Is it simply a matter just trying to eat as much as you can because its a fair effort and i get full really easily? I'm 18 and i'm probably average height weighing 62kg and my dad's quite slim if there is any genetics associated with getting massive. But pretty much i was wondering if there were some tips to being able to eat heaps or whether there were food items that don't require so much quantity rather just eating the right foods if that makes sense. I'm trying out that Dumbell & Barbell Home Based Workout Anyways cheers |

Welcome to the forum mate.
Check out the info in this article. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...ding-diet.html Once you go through the steps you will find out how many calories you require. Stick with the eating plan by using the BMR calculator from this site and the figures from the article, and monitor your weight. If the scales do not move then it would be time to up the calories again ( as explained in the steps down the bottom of the page in the article ).
