Default help on workout videos

I have a sister and for a long time we were told that we look so alike. I had a daughter and she had hers. But she was conscious about staying fit and I was not really into that. Few years passed and now I added 20 lbs while everyone's saying she looks like she hasn't had a baby. My point is, it seems like good genes are not enough. So I'm all for exercise and diet. Anyone got ideas on good workout routine that I can do at home? Where do I get the exercise videos for this?

Take a look under the workout tab and look for a good beginner workout to get you in the mix of things.

Some of us really just start to be concerned about our health just when we signs of our unhealthy habits work its way into our bodies. Believe me I know. But better late than never right?

20lbs isn't that much to loose and considering you said you have not really been working out / watching what you eat , I have confidence in you that if you combine healthy eating habits along with regular exercise 3 times per week for around an hour each session you should be reaching your goals with in months and once at your ideal weight / look you just have to maintain !

I am not sure of your current physical status , but maybe a two day routine would suit you better at first , then move up to something more intense?

I found these two workouts on the website
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...e-workout.html
and
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...g-routine.html

if those dont work for you due to no gym access then a Video I would promote would be something like The "tibo exercise" involves alot of stretching and cardio and I have seen that particular system work for a few women I know , the things that stuck out about it for them was it was "fun" and they enjoyed the way the video's were laid out , also all the women I have had tell me about that particular system said they were surprised how hard of a workout they received even from the beginners level as well as the intermediate then advanced videos -

Hopefully you find something that works for you & are able to make the changes you desire to !
