Default Minor questions real quick

Want to get back into shape and think I found a good plan. Currently 5-10 170, but bf% is 20-22%. Eek.

Thing is, I'm really not interested in gaining much weight(right now at least), at more interested in trying to cut my bf% in half. At this point I'll probably go for building muscle, but at 5-10, I'd never really want to be over 180. Just not for me.

So anyways, I found this workout and thought I'd give it a go - http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...ng-muscle.html

I'll follow a different cardio program I like that involves HIIT, but have some questions about the weight training part.

So it says pick 2 exercises per body part, but how long do I wait to switch it up to the other two or some different combination? 2 weeks? Month?

And overall, is my plan pretty solid you think? I'm some what of a beginner.

That routine already has an HIIT cardio part

You can change every week, two weeks or when ever you want a change

For HIIT I was thinking about doing more of a 30 second sprint 90 sec rest, and slowly work my way up to 30 sec sprint, 60 sec rest, and then go to 30 sec sprint 30 sec rest. Start with like 6 intervals also and work my way up to 10 or w/e.

Any difference between this and the one in the article?
