Default Cutting Question

I've been doing Doug's Mega Cutting routine for a few weeks, just had some questions if anyone could answer. The workout is here: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...g-routine.html

1) I do my LIT cardio in the evening immediately after my workout. This leads my total workouts to be around 1 hour 45ish minutes (workout session + cardio). Is this appropriate?

2) The routine calls for abs after the workout session, but this would make my workouts 2+ hours, so I do them in the morning immediately after my morning LIT cardio. Any issues with this? Also, the abs workout calls for rope crunch, crossover crunch and hip thrusts, but I can't do rope crunches at home, any good substitutions?

3) Finally, my evening workouts are usually done around 11:30, I have my pwo shake, then come home and am eating by around 12-12:30 (two chicken breasts with some broccoli) and usually sleep by 1. Is this too close bedtime to be eating/working out?

Thanks for any and all help, its much appreciated!

1) Good

2) Nothing wrong with abs in the morning, as long as you can create the intensity you would have at the gym. Tons of alternatives, including the old-fashioned situp.

3) That should work. It might not be absolutely ideal, but if it works for your life and schedule, that's how you have to do it.

How long does it take you to perform the workout, remember it is only 9 secs per rep on the main exercise, and 3 seconds per rep on each of the exercises in the tri-set, and 7 sets total per body part. 45 seconds rest between each main exercise, and no rest between the tri-set exercises (60-90 seconds between each tri-set)

Along with the info Jarvis has posted above...

(2) As an alternative to weighted rope crunches you could do ordinary crunches but holding a weight or Dumbbell across the Chest.

(3) Your before bed meal is ok

My workouts take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour, depending mostly on how busy the gym is. The main exercise usually takes the longest as I have to search for the proper weights/bench, but the trisets I'm usually able to pull through in the proper amount of time.

Thanks a lot for the help guys
