Default Is this considered a NO and a Creatine or just an NO?

I've been taking http://www.dymatize.com/mivastore/me...tegory_Code=no for the past month or so under the impression that this acts as both my NO pre-work out drink and my creatine. Is this solely enough creatine to support anabolic processes in my body? (pending i'm getting all of my protein, carbs, cals, etc.)

I guess i'm just worried that i'm underdosing myself in regards to creatine, and i want to make sure that i'm not slowing down my progress. If this is not enough creatine for my body, what powdered brands would you guys recommend?

5-10g or creatine per day is ok. I personally take a straight, basic 5g of Creatine monohydrate mixed in grape juice. I don't use blended products like what you mentioned above... Way too expensive for me.

What I take are protein shake (2-3 times a day), protein bar (once a day), creatine (post workout or in the morning on non work out days), and vitamin. I want to get toned... not get broke

Groovy, thanks for the help. I wasnt sure if that was considered a full on creatine source 8-)

I guess what i'm going to do is get some powder and start loading over the next week.

Thanks again for the help.
