Ok i'll do my best. Starting in November I started doing shoulders and triceps on tuesdays, but i'll just post the shoulder exercises.

Military press: 95 lbs warmup 10 reps.
135-10
145-10
155-6-7

dumbell shoulder press
45-10
50-9-10
55-6-7

dumbell lateral raises-superset after dumbell press
3-25-10


been slacking on rear delts the last month(time constraint)

been leaving off pull downs as well
do shrugs every other week.
