Default Is it possible to build endurance and mass at the same time.

I've been considering joining the military recently and I need to build stamina before joining. I want to be able to do 70 push ups in two minutes, I weigh 150 and can bench 210, but I was embarressed when I could only do 20 push ups. I want to be able to do 70 situps in 2 minutes as well, and during the process of bulking I've developed a gut so I won't even tell you how many sit ups I can do now.

Please let me know if its possible to build stamina and cardio and maintain my mass.

Is it also possible to build endurance, cardio, and mass at the same time?

Should I continue taking creatine and whey?

Can anybody reccomend a workout for building endurance?

You can build stamina and maintain your muscle mass,
But you cannot build endurance and build muscle specifically at the same time.

You need to choose one and stick with it.
You can by all means cycle training.
E.g. 8 weeks of bulking, 8 weeks of endurance work etc.

Endurance and Muscle building specific training is much different to eachother.
For example, endurance work requires you to use higher reps, while for building muscle you would use a lower rep range.

How is your actual diet?
You can take whey and creatine, but you should have your proper diet nailed down.

You can check out the workouts from this site in this section:

I was getting close to having a healthy diet nailed down for bulking, until I realized that 20 pushups was my limit..... I'm pretty disgusted with my fitness level, I suppose I'm going to stick with endurance over bulking for the time being. Should I do alot of bodyweight exercises or weight training?

Weight-training would be a great idea.
You could incorporate the bodyweight exercises you need for the military aswell.

You may not be able to build endurance and muscle. But you could try build STRENGTH-ENDURANCE. I haven't tried this myself, just read it. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wiggy1.htm You could try this. If you do, make a log, and I'll definitely keep my eye on it.

sounds good, I'll check it out.... number one problem right now is I can't stop eating!!!! When I started lifting I weighed 130 and was 5'7" now I weigh about 155 about a 9 months later and I can't get out of this bulking mentality. I have very little body fat, but what I do have is concentrated around my lower gut and its driving me nuts.

Genetically I'm a very skinny person.... not being able to lose this gut dosen't really make sense, I have never had this problem.... I've always been known as a guy who could eat anything and my whole life people have taunted me "wait til your metabolism slows down and all that food catches up with you" I worried that may be the case.

"edit"
I was just checking out the workout and it looks awesome. I'm also going to add alot of bodyweight exercises to build pure endurance and because increased push ups/sit ups is my end goal .... I remember when I was doing martial arts my endurance was an issue.
