Hi everyone,
I just recently started working out and going to the gym. I've been active before, mostly jogging, but never really lifting or anything like that. I'm following this routine: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/wo...s-workout.html Assuming I'm eating right (I try), what would be the most likely result if I supplement the above routine with cardio? Let's say 2.5 miles on workout days (a bit more than 20 min), 4-5 miles (around 30-40 min) on T Th and then absolutely no physical activity whatsoever on S Su. If I just keep doing this for a few months, what would happen to me? |

Welcome to the forum.
Most importantly, what exactly is your goal? If you are not tracking your food then anything could happen, most likely a reduction in weight and bodyfat. You would be far better planning for an actual goal so you do not waste any time
