Rather than specifically bodybuilding magazines I found the articles in Mens Health far more informative to skim through as they usually include diet and nutrition information and examples as well as exercise routines and there are plenty of them compiled into books.

There are some sites that offer free downloads of older magazines and books that are out of copyright or legally available for download, just don't get overwhelmed by the often conflicting information you come across as a lot of things are written from a personal perspective.
As to this forum, well you are in the right place, I have learned a lot from the people on here and it certainly keeps me motivated.

Really weird to see this today as I was going to suggest Muscle and strength produce an actual magazine.

I would recommend a book "strenght training anatomy" 2nd edition by frederic delavier

It has excerises, color coded muscle groups, an anatomy pic with just about all the muscle and such. I refer back to it from time to time for pointers, and what not. Maybe check it out see if it interests you.

I don;t buy many mags and I try to read between the lines when I do read some of the big muscle mags as they are usually trying to push/sell something. I have a few Muscle Development around just to thumb through and see the freakishly big pro body builders and dream.......someday........ya right

Best of Luck
