Default been going to the gym but am finally using a planned routine - question

i have been going to the gym for years, but its always been a careless improvised workout. i rarely try to stick to a plan or target muscle groups.

i'm 6'3" and about 175 lbs. i an skinny and tall but when the shirt comes off i've got a little body fat. most of it is in my chest and stomach area.

i was thinking about trying this routine out for a month or so:

would this be good for me to start or is this the wrong workout plan?

Why not try a standard 3 day split routine first or an intense bull body workout? This way you can build muscle and, if you have a fast metabolism and only a small amount of fat, you will probably burn the fat through the burning of calories during exercise.
