I'm getting back on the wagon to working out again. I seen the 3 day split workouts on the exercises section...would it be better if I do that routine or the 4 day split workout? What will I benefit of each one IF I did the 4 day instead of the 3 day beginner one?
That's me on the pic, my goal is to get at 175 and have definition on my muscles. thanks for any info. |

as far as how many days you want to lift goes, its mostly personal preference. Personally i like a four day split b/c i like spending time at the gym.

We really can't tell much from the picture about definition, but it sounds like you want to lose weight; which would be a cut.
The amount of days spent at the gym is all about personal preference and how much time you have each day to workout. Also, welcome! ![]() |
