Default Beggining Again

I'm getting back on the wagon to working out again. I seen the 3 day split workouts on the exercises section...would it be better if I do that routine or the 4 day split workout? What will I benefit of each one IF I did the 4 day instead of the 3 day beginner one?

That's me on the pic, my goal is to get at 175 and have definition on my muscles.
thanks for any info.

check out some of the workouts in the beginner section: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/beginner.html

as far as how many days you want to lift goes, its mostly personal preference. Personally i like a four day split b/c i like spending time at the gym.

Welcome aboard man! I can't tell from your picture, would 175 be a gain or loss for you?

We really can't tell much from the picture about definition, but it sounds like you want to lose weight; which would be a cut.

The amount of days spent at the gym is all about personal preference and how much time you have each day to workout.

Also, welcome!
