hi
for the past 3weeks i have working out really hard and started see some real changes in my body. today should have been my 4th week into training but i fractured a bone in my hand yesterday. the doctors said that i shouldn't do any weight lifting for the next 6weeks. i don't want to lose muscles i have gained for the last 3weeks, so any advice on what to do? thanks |

My advice? Listen to the doctors. It's gonna suck to lose some of what you gained but its better then screwing up your hand for the rest of your life.

i agree... i mean you can do some cardio if you want to do somethin physical until you're cleared to start lifting again

Ya LISTEN TO THE DOC'S trust me i broke both bones in my left arm. Didnt listen broke the screws had to get another surgery..Now can hardly do curls due to the pain i feel in my whole left forearm

Definitely listen to the Doctor. 6 Weeks is nothing compared to 3 to 6 months if you make it worse.

take the time to develop yourself in other ways... there are other good ways of being productive. that'll lessen the crappy feeling you'll get by not training hard.
