Hey all i just signed up and thought id say hello like i do in other forums i sign up to.
Im 19 years old living in new zealand, have been gyming for about a year and a bit now on and off, never really had set goals of what i wanted till now. I used to do karate for about 4 years but then had to stop because of uni, resulted in me losing all my lean muscle and definition because of all the sitting down. Finally i started gyming around march 2009. This is me: ![]() So my goals for this year are 1. To get bigger legs (easier said than done as genetics are working against me here haha) 2. Drop my body fat percentage so i can fully reveal my abs! 3. Get toned. Quite general goals but im slowly getting the body i had back again. Im currently using Balance effervescent creatine, nothing else as im afraid to mess up my kindeys, but i want to break the barrier im facing now so will start using SP250 in a month or so. |
