Default What do I need to do?

I lift every day throughout the week(have a weights class) Currently don't take any supplements or anything, Should I be? My Carlorie intake should be 2,750. Going off what Doug says for the most gains I should increase daily protein intake to 1 – 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Protein intake should be 25 – 30% of daily dietary intake; carbohydrates about 50%; fats 20 – 25%. And to have a protein shake 90 minutes before bedtime. Any tips or suggestions on what to take?

Just make sure you are hitting your calorie and P/C/F requirements for your goal.
Also make sure you take the protein shake post workout aswell.

Some good supplements to have should include: Multivitamins, whey protein, dextrose ( pwo simple carbs ).

depends on how many meals you are having a day. Try to have protein in all your meals, track yoiur calories by using something like fitday.com or calorieking.com. It shows your breakdowns of macros.
As the previous person suggested, start off with some simple supplements, flaxseed oil liquid or caps for good fats, whey protein, and multivitamins. A casein protein powder shake is great before bed for slow realeased protein throughout the night, but cottage cheese does the same thing.
good luck.
