I really hope someone replies to this. Im 17. 6 foot 1 and I weigh around 260 lbs. I have a friend who dropped from like 230 to 185, but he gained a ton of muscle. Im trying to lose alot of my body fat, and im trying to gain muscle mass. What would you guys recommend me do. Should I worry about losing the fat, then start hitting the gym, or what?
