Default Question on PWO shake

Hi,I am new to this forum and had a question -

If I decide to do LIT after my weight sessions, when should I consume the PWO shake (Whey protein isolate + water)? Should it be after weights and before cardio or after weigths and cardio?

Beginner's Qn - If the cardio lasted 45 minutes would the whey absorption not be reduced. I believe PWO shake was most effective within 30 minutes of the work out?
