hey everyone first i want to thank everyone whose responded i think this websites forum is great for any questions. i appreciate the informative responses.

i have been goin to the gym mon, wed, fri and doing weight training i want to start trying to loose some weight my goal is about 15 to 25 lbs i want to start goin on tue and thur and alternating between the treadmill and the bike is this ok to do on top of the weights? and how long would be efffective for weight loss on top of a good diet ofcourse? any ideas?

Hi and welcome!

You can add 20 to 40 min. cardio after lifting, depending on your current condition. On the days you don't lift, try doing the cardio first thing after waking up.

well.. i do cardio for 30 minute on off day weight training.
i do not do cardio after training because it doesnt work for me..

i think im gonna do cardio the two days i dont lift weights so i can be working out 5 days a week. thanks guys
