Default Hey all

Hey folks. I am 30 and male. I am ready to make 2010 the healthiest year I've ever had. I am looking to tone up and did what I thought was the right thing. I hired a trainer. The guy is great and we have been at it for five weeks. Now the question I have is this.

If you workout hard one day (inmy case the bench press and inclined bench) is it normal to still have muscle fatigue later that day if I maxed out?

I just today started a whey product so I am going to see if I can help reduce my recovery time

Thanks all!

-Kyo

Welcome to the forum mate.

Yes it is normal to feel tired/fatigued after a workout.

All the best.

I was the same way when i started working out my upper body. I played soccer all through high school and never bothered with lifting my upper body. The first couple weeks of lifting, i was having the same issues that you are having. I started taking Animal:Flex per a recommendation of one of my friends who plays college football, and almost all soreness and fatigue went away.

Hope this helps!
