Default length of each routine

hey all, i was just wondering if anyone knows how long i should do each routine im doing the beginners 3 day split routine now about how long should i do that routine before i switch it up to an imtermediate routine? is there a certain amount of weeks or weight that i should reach before moving on or mabey some sort or personal achievement? thanks

Default

Stick with the beginners routine for aprox 10-12 weeks, so you can give your body a chance to adapt to the weight training.
After the 10-12 weeks you could give an intermediate routine a go from the workouts section.
